Maurice has over 17 years of experience in the field of Intellectual Property. As a former patent examiner, he is knowledgeable about the process of patent drafting and prosecution. He uses these skills to ensure clients obtain high-quality patents.
While at the USPTO, Maurice served as a Mechanical Representative for the Patent Office Professional Association for over 10 years. This experience has proven useful in honing his skills with client counseling.

Greg Tinch - Counsel
Greg is a registered patent attorney with over 10 years of legal experience. His practice is focused on mechanical devices. Specifically, he has written and prosecuted patents in the areas of mechanical and electrical technologies in the fields of renewable energy systems, optics systems and devices, and other mechanical devices.
In his early law career Greg worked as Counsel for two members of Congress and worked closely with the Senate Judiciary Committee (which has oversight over the USPTO and intellectual property policy).
